Our Pallet Inverters allow you to easily transfer a pallet load to or from a pallet. Can also be used to transfer between pallet types.

Robots

We are a distributor partner of Kawasaki Robots and part of the Kawasaki Preferred Integrator Network. With hundreds of Robots installed around the world, we have integrated more Kawasaki palletising robots than any other company in the world. We have extensive in-house robot and programming knowledge and experience that is unmatched in the industry.

In 2009, we were awarded Integrator of the Year by Kawasaki Robotics (USA), Inc. Not only do we stock spare robot parts, we also have complete robots in our inventory. Our service team is certified to repair and maintain all Kawasaki robots and controllers.

Kawasaki uses the AS high-level programming language which has significant advantages over other systems. Program path modification can be conducted on the fly¯ without interrupting the robot operation. This is ideal for fine-tuning pallet stacks or making minor changes. In addition, new product programs can be introduced to a system with little disruption to production. The programming language is very simple yet extremely powerful. The Kawasaki Controller is so advanced, it can be used to control a complete palletising system eliminating the cost of an external PLC. Kawasaki’s mechanical engineering is second to none. The Kawasaki robot boasts the highest reliability in the industry at 100,000 hours MTBF. With a robust structure and well-engineered system, the Kawasaki robot requires very little maintenance.

Palletising Robots

Palletising Robots are designed specifically to handle the high-speed repetitive motion used in building stacks. Not only are these robots capable of more than 40 cycles per minute they are easy to program and operate and require very little maintenance. With Payload capacity up to 400kg (880 lbs.) there is no limit to what these robots can handle.

Packaging and Handling Robots

Six-Axis robots are ideal for packaging and handling applications. Payload capacities range from 2kg models all the way up to robots capable of manipulating 500 kg (1200 lbs) loads. High-speed reliable operation makes robots ideal for the repetitive tasks found in packaging and handling operations. Robots are easy to program, operate and require very little maintenance.

Ultra High-Speed Applications

Delta Robots are ideal for ultra-high speed applications. These robots, accompanied with a high-speed vision system, are capable of locating products on a moving conveyor , sorting and packaging items at up to 200 picks per minute.
